About Us
Specialist experience, flexible delivery
FM Production was created to help clients manage the practical work of preparing content for different audiences, languages and delivery formats. We combine specialist-led project handling with a flexible network of language professionals and trusted production partners, matching the workflow to the requirements of each assignment. The work is led by Faheem Mujahid, whose background spans more than 20 years across media, marketing, content and international communications, alongside specialist experience in Urdu audiovisual localization, script adaptation, subtitling and linguistic quality control.
Our model is designed to be collaborative. We can support an existing localization vendor, work on a defined task, help manage overflow capacity or coordinate a broader workflow where suitable resources are available. Project scope, language coverage, quality checks and delivery responsibilities are agreed at the outset.
How we think about quality
- Context matters: content should communicate the intended meaning, not simply mirror source wording.
- The workflow matters: specifications, reference files and review stages should be understood before production.
- People matter: automation may assist selected tasks, but human judgment remains important where language, context and audience experience are at stake.
- Transparency matters: scope, resources, limitations and delivery expectations should be clear.

Case study A — Turkish-to-Urdu audiovisual adaptation
